Tavira, a municipality in the East Algarve, has approximately 25,000 inhabitants and an area of 611Km. It is divided into nine parishes: Cabanas de Tavira, Santa Luzia, Luz de Tavira, Conceição, Cachopo, Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Santo Estevão, Santa Maria and Santiago.
